NFC NTAG 424 DNA
Brief Introduction:
The new chip generation-NTAG 424 DNA, fully compliant with the NFC Forum Type 4 Tag IC specification, with privacy enabled and multi-layered security, sets a new standard in secure NFC and IoT applications.
It comes with 5 customer defined AES-128 encryption and a new Secure Unique NFC (SUN) Message for data authentication, or an alternative LRP-a wrapper around the AES cryptography to enhance side-channel attack resistance, which enables integrity protection, authenticity and confidentiality.
NTAG 424 also contains configurable features like optionally encrypting part of the NDEF file, and the fully encrypted communication mode. The optional Random ID together with the encrypted chip UID/data that can be mirrored in the NDEF file, enables compliance with latest user data protection regulations.
Thanks to its special feature-high input capacitance for small form factor design and frame-level oriented automatic anti-tearing mechanism, NTAG 424 DNA tag IC is well suited for secure sensitive data applications, document/visitor authentication, secure log-in credentials, etc.
