The new HITAG S family is extended with the next generation of IC’s being substantially smaller in mechanical size, offering more operation distance and speed, but still can be operated with the same reader.

One Protocol for two memory options.
The protocol and command structure for HITAG S is based on HITAG 1, with Anti-collision algorithm, mainly use for long range operation, and allow multiple transponders in the communication field at the same time.

HITAG S256 with 256 bit and HITAG S2048 with 2048 bit Total Memory, which can do Read/Write protection with authentication function.
